• Consolidation of simple past tense (imperfect)
• Partitiivi and possessive endings as objects in the sentence: when to use them
• Short texts in Finnish
• Listening exercises and some differences between spoken and written language
• Essiivi (na, nä ending)

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

1. More confidently use the simple past forms
2. Read and understand short written texts
3. Have an enhanced understanding of the object endings (partitiivi and genetiivi)
4. Identify the main differences in spoken and written Finnish
