WEA Sydney offers air-conditioned, fully fire safety certified classrooms and lecture rooms available for hire on an hourly or daily basis at very reasonable rates, located just minutes from Town Hall and Gadigal stations.
Commercial Hire
$85–90 per hour + GST
Not-for-Profit Hire
$65–70 per hour + GST
Block Bookings
Discounted day rates available for 10+ bookings.
Saturday rates incur a 25% loading (9:00am–5:00pm).
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required prior to hire, with the balance due after completion.
Catering is not provided at WEA Sydney.
Room Layouts & Capacity
Rooms can be configured flexibly for lecture-style or classroom-style setups. Lecture-style rooms accommodate up to 50 participants, while classroom spaces seat between 7 and 20 depending on configuration.
