You can enrol into a course by viewing our Courses page or using the search function. Please note that only students who are 18 years old and above can enrol into our courses. There are no special qualifications or knowledge required for any course unless specified in the course description and there are no exams.
If you have to miss a session of your course, you can contact us and we will let the tutor know. If you have to withdraw from a course, please contact us by phone or email to let us know. If the course has already been confirmed to proceed or already commenced, we are unable to provide you with a refund.

We check the viability of courses daily and notify you as soon as we have the minimum for it to commence. If the course is not able to run, we will inform you that it has been cancelled by phone and email.

If you are unable to enrol on our website, please contact us by phone or by email. If you are enrolling by phone, we ask that you have your credit card details ready. WEA Sydney accepts all major credit cards (Amex/MasterCard/Visa).

Check your email
You’ll receive an email from WEA Sydney with your joining link, meeting ID and passcode, usually within 48 hours before your course begins.
At class time
Click the link in your email and follow the prompts to join. If your course runs over multiple sessions, you’ll use the same link and login details each time.
Good to know
You don’t need to create an account with Microsoft Teams or Zoom to attend. If you need a hand getting set up, please feel free to contact us.
We offer a range of discounted course fees to support access to lifelong learning.
All discounted prices shown on our website and in our course catalogue are calculated from the full course fee. Only one discount can be applied per enrolment, and discounts cannot be combined.

We’re not able to offer trial or sit-in sessions.

Our venue includes ramp and lift access at the front entrance, an accessible toilet on the ground floor, and a dedicated parking space with direct street access (available to book via reception).

Some courses may require textbooks or materials, which are detailed in the course outline. These can be purchased through your preferred supplier.
Please note that WEA Sydney does not sell course materials or textbooks and is not responsible for any purchases or other costs incurred if a course is cancelled or if you withdraw.

At WEA Sydney, we value a learning environment built on respect, curiosity and shared experience.
We ask all students to be mindful of others, their perspectives and the space we share. Behaviour that disrupts the learning of others is not acceptable, and we may ask participants to leave if the learning environment is affected.
