Who Used to Live Here? How to Find the History of a House
Learn how to find a variety of information to be able to write the history of a house in NSW. The course encourages students to use state archives, local libraries and local historical organisations. The skills taught can be utilised for searches in other states of Australia.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Acquire an understanding of the nature of both key sources and supplementary sources of information that can be used to build the history of houses
- Learn appropriate record-keeping techniques
- Learn about economical formats for publishing a house history
