Intermediate Italian Grammar and Conversation (B1)

This course is suitable for intermediate students who would like to polish their grammar skills and speak more fluently. The tutor will provide a specific list of grammar points that will be discussed and put into practice in class, however students will be encouraged to make their own proposals as well.

COURSE OUTLINE

• Prepositions
• Past tenses (passato prossimo- imperfetto- trapassato prossimo)
• Indicativo or congiuntivo
• Future
• Conditionals
• Sentences with SE (if)
• Gerunds (E.G. io sto andando al lavoro)
• Discussing and putting into practice any grammar points specifically requested by students

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

1. Become more skilled and confident when using grammar points in their conversations
2. Become more skilled and confident when using various grammar points in their writing
3. Improve their grammar skills, which will inevitably make a solid foundation for better listening and reading practice
4. Move confidently forward towards pre-intermediate/ intermediate level classes
