Italian Through Art (B2-C1)
This course revises and expands knowledge of the Italian language through basic readings and listenings on Italian art. It is suitable for students with intermediate language skills, or who have completed at least 200 hours of tuition. Each session looks at a specific work of art, an artist, or an art period in Italian art history, from Etruscan art to contemporary Italian design. The course involves reading and analysing texts, watching videos and analysing the commentary. Discussion is in Italian with some grammar exercises.
