Russian Language Courses
Develop everyday Russian for schedules, study, leisure and home life while extending case use, common verb forms, possession, pronunciation and useful everyday vocabulary.

Beginner Russian: A1.2 Course continues from Beginner Russian: A1.1 Course and is designed for students with approximately 20 hours of prior Russian study. It extends the introductory language of A1.1 into schedules, study, leisure activities and talking about where you live.

Students practise asking for and giving everyday information while developing accusative and plural forms, possession, demonstratives and a range of common verbs. Pronunciation work focuses on unstressed е, voiced and voiceless consonants and the hushing consonants Ж, Ш, Ч and Щ, supported by vocabulary for study, leisure and the home.
