Privacy Policy

WEA Sydney respects the privacy of students, staff, tutors, partners and members of the public. This Privacy Policy explains how WEA Sydney collects, stores, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), WEA Sydney is also required to collect and report certain information to government agencies in accordance with national vocational education and training (VET) reporting requirements.

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who can reasonably be identified. Examples include:
