Dr Lee Aitken has taught law for over 25 years at leading universities including Sydney, Queensland, Hong Kong, and Alberta. A former barrister in the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia, he has appeared in landmark cases such as Garcia v NAB and Kirk v Industrial Relations Commission. Lee has published more than 100 scholarly articles on equity, property, and commercial law, several cited by the High Court. Passionate about making complex legal ideas accessible, he brings clarity, wit, and real-world insight to his teaching.
