The questionable integrity of nutritional research - Do we really know what is good for us and what is bad? Can we trust the numbers? After all the research is largely based on self-reporting (the weakest form of data research). Once eggs were bad for us, then prawns, then carbs and now any alcohol (even though it is a key component of the much lauded Mediterannean diet) … why is the research so dodgy and what can we believe?
