AI is becoming part of everyday digital life, yet many people feel unsure how to use it safely and confidently. This beginner-friendly workshop is designed especially for seniors. Participants learn how AI tools can assist with everyday tasks such as asking questions, planning activities, writing short messages and organising information. The course also covers how to spot misinformation, avoid scams and use AI with good judgement.
