This course helps you strengthen your communication skills for everyday situations while deepening your understanding of Spanish grammar and vocabulary, making it ideal for learners wanting to learn the Spanish language for travel, work, or personal enrichment in a supportive, interactive learning environment.

You will learn to express interests and feelings, talk about relationships, describe how things function, evaluate objects and design, and disagree in both direct and more diplomatic ways. Grammar is taught in context, including covering structures such as me fascina / me encanta / odio / no aguanto + noun or infinitive, que + subjunctive, superlatives in -ísimo/a/os/as, exclamatory structures, and the use of indicative and subjunctive in relative clauses with prepositions. Vocabulary practice includes emotions, habits and quirks, language for disagreement and counter-argument, and descriptive terms for objects, materials, and design evaluation.
