The Empowered Voice II – Singing with Confidence is designed for those who have completed Level 1 and are ready to extend their skills. This course builds vocal technique, confidence, and musical understanding in a supportive environment. Learn vocal health practices, improve pitch and tone, develop performance strategies, and explore expressive singing. Each term introduces new challenges for returning participants, making it ideal for ongoing development and continued vocal growth.

COURSE OUTLINE

  • Improving vocal technique for clearer tone and pitch accuracy
  • Build understanding of musical concepts
  • Improve listening ability and matching pitch
  • Overcoming performance nerves and managing stage presence
  • Vocal health practices for consistent, confident singing
  • Techniques for enhancing vocal expression and emotion in song
  • Introduction to harmony and understanding how vocal parts relate within a song
  • Learning to sing with ease and comfort in a group setting
  • Performing a song with confidence (participants choose their own songs)
