Your voice is both a physical instrument and a form of self-expression. This course supports participants to explore their natural voice through gentle vocal exercises and embodied techniques. We focus on releasing tension, building confidence and developing ease in expression. Suitable for beginners and those returning to voice work, the course offers a supportive space to speak and sound with greater authenticity.
