Learn to use all 10 fingers to engage with yarn and colour to learn new stitches and create your own crocheted articles in Tunisian crochet which is not the same as regular crochet. It could be anything from bags, scarves, clothing, jewellery or home decoration. During this course you will learn about how to crochet the basic stitches, make beautiful fabric, design your own items and explore various ideas to create your own masterpiece at home. It is recommended that you purchase a starter pack from the tutor for $21 which includes a hook and yarn (not included in course fee, cash is required and a receipt is provided). Depending on the project you decide to undertake you can add more yarn later on if you wish to do so.

  • How to properly hold the Tunisian crochet hook and yarn

  • Some online resources and a practical guide to buying yarn
