Tech Savvy Seniors: Into to ChatGTP (Intermediate)

Ready to go further with ChatGPT? This practical follow-up session builds on the basics to show you how to get more useful and personalised results. You’ll learn how to use ChatGPT for everyday tasks such as writing letters, planning trips, creating lists, and learning new skills. We’ll also look at how to guide ChatGPT’s tone, check information accuracy, and explore helpful new tools and features — all in a friendly, hands-on setting designed especially for seniors.

The Tech Savvy Seniors program (held in partnership with the NSW Government and Telstra) delivers government-funded digital literacy training to seniors (aged 60 years and above) and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander elders (aged 50 years and above) who have little or no experience in using technologies or require additional skills and confidence to use and adapt to new technologies, so they can develop the skills and confidence to access information and services online, or connect with family and friends.

• Practical Everyday Uses – Using ChatGPT to write messages, plan travel, make lists, and learn new things.

• Exploring New Features and Safety Tips – A look at images, voice options, and keeping your information secure.
