Continue developing your beginner German fluency and confidence with our Beginner German: A2.2 Course, suitable for learners who have completed our Beginner German: A2.1 Course or have approximately 100 hours of prior study. This course helps you build stronger communication skills for everyday situations while expanding your understanding of German grammar and vocabulary. It is ideal for learners interested in learning German for cultural interest or personal enrichment in a supportive and interactive learning environment.
You will practise communication in situations such as discussing careers and workplaces, describing work experience, understanding job advertisements, planning trips, comparing cities and regions, and talking about past experiences and memories. Grammar is developed in context, including future tense structures, verb-preposition combinations, two-way prepositions, case revision, introductory genitive forms, and zu + infinitive constructions. Vocabulary and pronunciation are integrated throughout, with topics including education, tourism, workplace communication, transport, and spoken fluency in longer responses.
