Wellbeing Courses
A gentle introduction to mindfulness meditation. Learn simple, realistic practices to build awareness, reduce stress and develop a kinder relationship with yourself and daily life.

Available Classes

This gentle and practical course introduces mindfulness in a simple and enjoyable way, using the senses as a natural doorway into calm and presence.

Each week, participants explore a different aspect of experience such as breathing, listening, movement, and everyday activities like eating or drinking tea. Through guided practices, they learn how to settle the mind, reduce overthinking, and feel more at ease in daily life. The focus is not on “doing it perfectly,” but on discovering what helps people feel more relaxed, clear, and grounded. Classes include short meditations, gentle movement, and opportunities for reflection in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Suitable for beginners or anyone looking for simple ways to relax, sleep better, and enjoy everyday moments more fully.

  • Face-to-Face
