This course explores the suburb’s history, architecture and notable residents, revealing how geography, migration and community shaped its unique character. Through stories of buildings, gardens and everyday life, participants gain insight into one of Sydney’s most historically rich neighbourhoods. Suitable for anyone interested in local history and walking-based learning. Fairly level ground but nowhere to sit. No toilets or bubblers.
