You will engage with increasingly dense Latin passages that require careful analysis of structure and meaning. Grammar focuses on participles and their usage, while syntax explores key constructions such as the ablative absolute, gerunds, gerundives, and periphrastic forms. These structures are taught in context to support accurate interpretation of complex Latin texts.
